PRAYER REQUESTS.

The Saskatoon Pilgrim Virgin Our Lady of Fatima

The 42" wooden statue of the International Pilgrim Virgin, Our Lady of Fatima (photo above) was hand carved in Portugal in January 2019 for the glory of God and to provide the faithful with the opportunity to experience the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, our heavenly mother who cares for us all and who wants to help us.

As the Queen Mother of Christ’s Kingdom, Our Lady of Fatima will always take our petitions to the King if we ask (1 Kings 2:13-22). And knowing that the prayers of the righteous are powerful and effective (James 5:16), we should often ask Mary, who is the most blessed, docile, humble and righteous human person, for her intercession.

“Therefore confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The prayer of the righteous is powerful and effective. “ [James 5:16]

Anytime we find ourselves in the midst of trials and sufferings, as we witness scandals in the Church, as we stand uncertain of the future, through it all, we need to trust God by calling out to our Mother Mary, asking her to pray that God will give us the strength, the courage and the grace we need to persevere.

Are you in need of healing? Do you have a physical disability? Do you have a long-term illness? Is someone in your family in need of healing? Do you have an addiction? Are you suffering mentally? Have you been abused? Take your cross and place it in the trusting hands of Our Lady of Fatima. Tell her, (ALL MAY GET ON THEIR KNEES) “Mother Mary, I beg you, please take my need(s) and present it/them to your beloved Son Jesus. Ask Him to heal me so (or the person I am prayer for) I may finally find the peace that I seek. Thank you Mother Mary.”
